Best terminal location (proposed)
The ARTIC (Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center) district. ARTIC is Orange County's grand rail hub — Metrolink and the Pacific Surfliner already stop under its iconic shell. The surrounding Platinum Triangle has vast parking lots and stadium-adjacent land primed for redevelopment. The catchment is unmatched in the suburbs: the Disneyland Resort draws 18 million visitors a year, plus Angel Stadium and the Honda Center.
