Best terminal location (proposed)
the Concord BART station district. Concord BART is the workhorse station of central Contra Costa County, with County Connection buses feeding a huge suburban catchment. The downtown core around Todos Santos Plaza is the county's densest. It captures the entire 680/242 corridor commuter shed heading to jobs in every direction.
