Best terminal location (proposed)
the downtown transit center district near the Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority hub. Bayfront downtown has underused parcels a terminal can assemble without displacing neighborhoods. RTA buses already converge a few blocks away. The site captures the Coastal Bend population plus the refinery and port workforce that commutes the region daily.
