Best terminal location (proposed)

The downtown district around the RTA transit hub. Dayton's RTA hub concentrates regional bus service at the edge of downtown, near the former Union Station approaches that still carry freight. The site sits between the Oregon District and the riverfront redevelopment, with Wright-Patterson AFB and the university corridor feeding ridership.
