Best terminal location (proposed)
the Everett Station district (Sounder/Amtrak intermodal). Everett Station already combines Sounder, Amtrak Cascades, buses and a future Link light rail terminus in one downtown hub. The station district is the civic core of Snohomish County. It captures the entire north metro from Lynnwood to Marysville plus Boeing's massive Everett workforce.
Before / after

Aerial mock-up (illustrative, not an engineering rendering). Left: the proposed site today. Right: with the maglev terminal.
- Lynnwood — major suburban hub with Link light rail on the corridor.
- Mountlake Terrace — growing city on I-5 between the two.
- Bothell — tech suburb at the corridor's bend.
- Woodinville — wine-country suburb on the approach to Bellevue.
