Best terminal location (proposed)

The downtown district near the former Chicago & North Western depot. Green Bay's downtown sits on the Fox River with the former C&NW depot approaches still traceable and the Titletown district drawing visitors west of downtown. The Packers' national fan base gives the terminal event-day surges few small cities can match.
