Best terminal location (proposed)

the Las Colinas Urban Center / Irving Convention Center district. DART's Orange Line already serves it, and the corporate catchment — ExxonMobil, McKesson, Fluor — is among the densest in Texas. The SH-114/161 interchange offers developable land. It splits the Dallas–Fort Worth commute shed neatly in half.
