Best terminal location (proposed)

the downtown depot district near the Buddy Holly Center. The historic Santa Fe depot area anchors a downtown already investing in itself. Texas Tech's 40,000 students sit minutes west — a built-in ridership base. The US-87/I-27 corridor gives the whole South Plains region a straight shot to the terminal.
