Best terminal location (proposed)

The Westminster Station / B Line district at 71st and Federal. Westminster Station anchors the B Line commuter rail with a large park-and-ride and transit-oriented development zoning. The surrounding industrial blocks at 71st and Federal offer buildable land on the US-36 corridor between Denver and Boulder.
