Best terminal location (proposed)

The King Street–Old Town station district. Alexandria's King Street station already serves Amtrak, VRE, and Metro on the busiest passenger corridor in the South. The terminal would capture Northern Virginia's dense suburbs and DC commuters, feeding the long corridor south toward Richmond along established rail rights-of-way.
