Best terminal location (proposed)

the Fairfield–Vacaville Hannigan station district. The Hannigan station on the Capitol Corridor already anchors Solano County's intercity rail, with I-80 and I-505 feeding it from every direction. The station area has the open land a terminal needs. It serves the Fairfield–Vacaville–Dixon commuter shed plus Travis Air Force Base traffic.
