Best terminal location (proposed)
the Vallejo Ferry Terminal waterfront district. Vallejo's ferry terminal already runs the Bay Area's busiest commuter ferry to San Francisco, proving deep cross-bay demand. The waterfront has large redevelopment parcels rare in the Bay Area. It serves all of Solano County plus Napa commuters with a one-seat fast link south.
