Best terminal location (proposed)
The Fremont Centerville / BART-adjacent district. Centerville sits between the BART terminus and the ACE/Capitol Corridor lines, with industrial parcels that can be assembled. The Tesla factory and the surrounding manufacturing zone generate enormous commuter demand. The catchment is the Tri-City area's 350,000+ residents plus East Bay tech commuters priced out of the Peninsula.
