Best terminal location (proposed)

The Westgate / State Farm Stadium district at Loop 101. Westgate concentrates the metro's biggest event venues — the stadium and arena — with Loop 101 and I-10 access and acres of surface parking that can be redeveloped around a terminal. Event-day surges make it the West Valley's natural high-capacity transit node.
