Best terminal location (proposed)

The P83 entertainment district at Loop 101 and Bell Road. P83 is the West Valley's entertainment core with Loop 101 frontage and large developable parcels around the spring-training and arena venues. A terminal here anchors the northwest metro's growth corridor and intercepts commuters before they reach the central freeways.
