Best terminal location (proposed)
the Gresham Central Transit Center district (MAX Blue Line). Gresham Central is the eastern terminus of the MAX Blue Line, already the transit spine of east Multnomah County. The downtown core around the transit center is primed for denser development. It captures the entire east metro from Troutdale to Damascus.
