Best terminal location (proposed)

The Hialeah Market Tri-Rail station district. Hialeah Market is an established Tri-Rail station in one of the densest residential cities in Florida, with existing park-and-ride infrastructure. The terminal would give the Miami metro's northwest side a direct high-speed connection without forcing every rider through downtown Miami.
