Best terminal location (proposed)

The Moreno Valley / March Field station district. The March Joint Powers Authority lands — the former March Air Force Base — are the IE's largest redevelopment canvas, with employment centers already rising. The 60/215 interchange gives the corridor a natural path. The catchment is Moreno Valley's 210,000+ residents plus the March Field logistics workforce, in a city with no rail service today.
