Best terminal location (proposed)

The Riverside Downtown Metrolink station district. Riverside's downtown station is the Inland Empire's busiest rail hub — Metrolink's 91, IEOC, and Riverside lines plus Amtrak. The rail-yard corridor east of downtown offers buildable land rare in this built-out region. The catchment is UC Riverside, downtown government, and the IE's massive logistics workforce — the fastest-growing commuter market in California.
