Best terminal location (proposed)

a greenfield site at the I-15/I-215 interchange district. The 15/215 junction is the crossroads of southwest Riverside County, where two freeway commuter sheds meet. The interchange area still has large greenfield parcels rare in the region. It captures Murrieta, Wildomar and Lake Elsinore's fast-growing commuter base.
