Best terminal location (proposed)

a greenfield site at the I-15/Winchester Road (SR-79) interchange district. The 15/79 interchange is Temecula's commercial heart, where wine-country tourism meets one of California's longest commuter sheds. The interchange area still has developable parcels. It captures the Temecula Valley plus San Diego–bound commuters from the north county.
