Best terminal location (proposed)

The North Las Vegas Civic Center / Las Vegas Blvd North district. North Las Vegas is the valley's fastest-growing city, with the Civic Center anchoring Las Vegas Blvd North — the direct corridor toward downtown. Vacant and industrial parcels along the boulevard are among the cheapest buildable sites in the metro. The catchment is 280,000+ residents plus the Apex industrial park workforce, currently with no rail option at all.
