Best terminal location (proposed)

A greenfield site at the I-35 / College Boulevard interchange. College Boulevard is Johnson County's office spine, and the I-35 interchange offers large greenfield parcels that downtown Kansas City can't. A terminal here captures the metro's fastest-growing job and housing corridor with direct freeway access in every direction.
