Best terminal location (proposed)

The downtown district around the Martin Luther King Jr. Plaza station. Toledo's existing Amtrak station sits downtown on active rail approaches with room to expand, and the Warehouse District around it is already redeveloping. The site offers freeway access and a straight shot north toward Detroit along the established rail corridor.
